Chocolate M-Vave MIDI controller and CubeSuite app - question

Hi,
Has anyone used Kemper Profiler Looper (rack, head) with Chocolate M-Vave MIDI controller?
Does anyone have the settings in the CubeSuite app?

I know MIDI CC, but I don't know where to enter it.
