Ethernet cable loose on back of Head. Can I just replace the jack?

Hi, the ethernet cable doesn't lock firmly into the ethernet jack on the back of my toaster anymore, so the Remote turns off if the Head is moved even slightly. I've tried 2 different cables with the same results, so I think it's the ethernet jack.

Can I have a local amp/electronics guy just replace the ethernet jack or is there something special about the jack that requires it be fixed only by Kemper. I'd prefer not to ship the Head to Germany.
