(Mac) Can't resize Rig Manager "Inspector" panel

Yesterday I had resized the Rig Manager window to edit some Performances side by side with another application. I reduced the Inspector window to minimum size on the right.

Today, I'm opening Rig Manager full screen to continue to edit Rigs & Performances, but the rig editor window doesn't want to resize. It always jumps back to the minimum size. It seems to wait to accept it, but then returns to minimized state. I've tried to find resize options in the menu's, have restarted Rig manager, restarted the MacBook. I even applied the latest software release (3.5.27). Nothing works. See the quicktime video to illustrate (zipped). What am I missing?

Looks like a bug. I'm on 3.5.29 public beta and getting the same behaviour. When I've had this issue on the past, dragging the sidebar fully to the right first has fixed it but even that doesn't seem to work this time.
