Hi all. Recently aquired a used Head from someone but it wont load up. It starts by saying "booting and burning from uSB" then after it retrys, I keep getting an ERROR message: unable to mount USB". I even downloaded the lastest software and when I plug in the .bin file to the kemper is says ERROR: Invalid File. Can someone help?
