Rig Manager - options for downloading documentation

Every time I open RM on Mac it automatically downloads documentation to the /Users/<name>/Documents folder. These include Japanese, Italian and other than English versions. My feature request is to create an option in RM -

1. Whether yes or no to automatically download documentation

2. Which parts of documentation (for instance only English)

3. To let the user specify a folder where the documents are stored.

Shouldn't be too difficult?
