Can't access site

  • My desktop iMac for some reason no longer can access this site or the main kemper site. My phone, which I'm on now, accesses it just fine. I thought maybe a firefox update caused the problem, but neither safari or chrome can open it either. It justs says transferring data forever. Can someone please help me?

This happens often, and it's always between (approx) 4pm-2am EST.
I posted in another thread on this subject.
I suspect it is caused by server overload, during these hours.
Whatever it is, it's very frustrating.
There's usually no problems from 3am-2pm EST.
    It is not your browsers!

  • I fairly often see network issues between California and the Kemper server. Not sure what's up there but there's definitely an issue somewhere along the path.

  • So basically I may be waiting a while to get the latest update because the hours I'm on the 'puter is basically when they're flooded. I'm glad so many people are interested in the product, but hopefully enough of them are buying it so Kemper can afford to update the server.

Yes, during those hours, the Kemper main site is affected much worse than the forum, which implies that a lot of people are interested in the KPA.
The problem is, everyone at Kemper is sound asleep while this is at it's worst, and I don't know if they are fully aware of the severity.
If I was trying to move a product worldwide, I would be very concerned if millions of interested, potential buyers, were watching their browser icon spinning around, trying to load my website, instead of reading about my Fantastic product!
Their Facebook page always loads instantly, because it's on a different server.
