Kemper Player - Direct Mix

    Hi folks.

    First foray into Kemper, but I’ve used various other modelling/profiling units in the past.

    I only play bass and traditionally have ran parallel chains to protect the low end and allow me to run heavy distortions and fuzz sounds.

    I’ve got some sounds that I’m almost happy with, but struggling to get that clean low end. I was watching some videos and “Direct Mix” is mentioned on the bigger brothers, but I can’t see anything about this in the Player manual. My thought is that this might be what’s missing for me tonally. Is it an option in the player that I just can’t see? Or limited to the larger units?

    Unfortunately, it looks like both Parallel Path and Direct Mix have been omitted from the Player. Probably not a big deal for 99% of guitarists but I can definitely see how it would be useful for bass players. Hopefully, it will get added in the future.
