Profiler player headphones out

Hey guys!

I just got my Kemper player.
I got it working, connected to the PC via USB, can access Rig Manager on the iPhone, everything is beautiful.

Except...

I have headphones plugged into the headphone out, and I always hear the same rig no matter what I select in the pedal.

What gives?

Hi!

Which USB did you use? USB B on player to USB C on your PC?

Are you sure you are actually loading the different rigs rather than simply highlighting them in Rig Manager?

If you use the up/down arrows or single click a rig it only highlights it in RM. However, if you use the Left/Right arrows or double click with the mouse it loads the new rig. The rig that is loaded will always show a Headphone icon beside it. It sounds as though the headphone icon is still attached to the initial rig even though you have highlighted a different one.

Hey guys!

Thank you for answering.

So, the cable is USB B to A.

It’s not a PC thing though, it’s just not hearing the different rigs through the headphones directly connected to the pedal.

Thanks also for confirming how to load rigs.

Turns out it wasn’t any of that, I just rebooted the pedal and it’s working.

Probably some sort of glitch!
