Resetting Kemper Stage for Resale

Unfortunately my arthritis has gotten to the point where it’s time to let go of my gear, and that includes my Kemper Stage. My question is this: I’ve already found how to restore my Stage to factory settings, but I’m unclear about the username and account for the unit. Will the new owner be able to rename my Kemper and create a new Rig Manager account using the info on my unit? How does that work? Thanks in advance!
