How to create a Di profile of a Solid State amp?

    I want to create some Di profiles of my Marshall Lead 12 mini stack. It has a Line Out and a Headphone Out. The Headphone Out mutes the cabs when connected. The Line Out does not.

    I would like the cabs to be muted during the process but I only have one headset available. ***Just found out I can plug a dummy 1/4'' jack to Headphone Out to keep cabs muted.

    Would the amps Headphone Out be too hot to run to the Kemper Return or do I use just the amps Line Out?

    I've never profiled anything from Headphone Output, I'd go with Line Out.

    Manual of Marshall 3005 says it ''Provides a low level version of the amplifier Outpu. Suitable for connection to recording pr PA mixing desk etc.''

    I dont' think it has an Emulated Speaker on that Output So it should have to be OK for DI Profiles (select NO Cabinet before start Profiling)

    To completly Honest I'd Go with a DA Profile not a DI Profile But I guess in this case is Basically the same.
