Using a 3rd party momentary A/B switch with Kemper

    Hi guys,

    So the Kemper Remote is great but a little too much for me when I play live. I play and sing and have a habit of hitting the wrong buttons a lot since I have a mic shoved in my face. I use basically two rigs; 1) a rhythm tone (Rectifier profiler) 2) lead tone (Mark IV profile). I bought a Boss Dual Footswitch FS-6 to try and simplify my life, but there's a delay when I switch to the different rigs. Does this happen to other people or is this the pedal I'm using?

    Setup:

    Boss A/B footswitch>TRS cable>pedal 1 or 2 input (both give me the same issue)

    Trouble shooting:
    1. I've tried hitting "calibrate" under the setup menu for both pedal 1 and 2.

    2. I've tried putting the 2 rigs in one performance spot, and I've tried separating the two rigs into two different performance spots. The same delay in switching occurs.
    3. I've tried a much shorter TRS cable. Still have delay in switching rigs.

    Other issues:
    1. If start in performance 2 with my Mark IV setting and switch to performance 1 with my Recifier setting, it doesn't always switch from the Mark IV, even though visibly it shows slots 1.

    Any thoughts? I'm pretty new to the Kemper world.
