Anyone knows if the kemper amp is possible to produce this typical Mike Oldfield Guitar sound like in this video:

The sound begins at about 0:22:40

What amp or what effects are necessary to create the sound ?

you either linked the wrong video, or you're referring to a wah-wah

either way, that video/performance was REALLY painful to watch

There's no doubt you can get that sound out of a KPA. You just need the ears to reproduce it. Bill Ruppert could probably do it in a few minutes ...
