Rig Manager not communicating with Kemper

found a discussion on this in the private section but I cant reply and just seeing if anyone has had an issue with rig manager connecting to Kemper with a mac? When I hook it up nothing happens.

I have a mac and when I first got my Kemper stage I had the same issue, tried a different cord and it worked fine, haven't had any issues since.
