Has your Morello playing index increased lately as a result haha
It sure has, haha. Sounds pretty good to me! All guitar parts are mine, tones are from the GOT JCM pack, the flanging/wah bass is not mine, nor is the rest of the backing track. I thought the guy who made it did a pretty good job on the vocals.
Thank you for the pack!

Should have included a medical disclaimer haha
Holy crap - those vocals are insane if not the original real deal !? Where do you keep landing all these rad stems/backings from haha?!
You're most welcome! Cheers for the clip

I'm 90% sure that is not the original vocal, it could be a tuned/comped live take maybe, but I think it's just a guy who can wail. I played with a guy for years who could kill pretty much any Cornell song at least this well. They're out there, haha.

Loving these RATM tones right now, only just got them, but having immense fun

Nice one, cheers! I have some sweet official stems (and love hearing any I come across...) but assume/imagine these will be backings people have produced to be as accurate as poss? Please correct me if otherwise as I haven't looked into it yet; will check it soon.
Yeah it's probably likely a fan with some insane pipes... Imagine landing one in your band - you'd feel unstoppable haha!

Me too, haha. The only guitar I have in standard tuning has some odd pickups (PRS T&Bs), and I am often surprised with the profiles that I like best through it.
-
To be fair - the guitar that has the JB & '59 in is my rage/Morello gtr. and the 59 being in the neck position provides that singlecoil -esque Morello grunt/chime that works wonders on some of his riffs; it's essentially providing the 'Tele' sound whilst having a HB in the bridge & FR all on the same axe - works equally as well as the JB in the bridge on most occasions and can just be down to what you're feeling at the time (whilst retaining accuracy & power as another pickup simply may not cut the mustard!)

Meant to ask the T&Bs - are they the 'treble' & 'bass' pickups from PRS?

Yep, it's an all-original '88 CU24.

Did you know that at least in Killin in the Name there is a Les Paul doubled panned hard at each side with the tele in the center? So the tone is really half single coil and half humbuckers.
I´m telling this because too many times it´s assumed that his tone in the songs that are played in drop D is from his telecaster and that is not always true.

You tease...! You can't put that additional info and not provide a pic haha!
