There might be latency but I haven't noticed or checked. No added noise if the Kemper is the master. I only use spdif these days when I need to record DI as well.
Agreed on the annoyance or another power supply.

Thanks for your feedback, good to know it's working well
As i understand no reamping is possible as the Twin Duo have no Adat out.
Did you use analog for reamping while recording through spdif to Adat in ? Is it a potential workaround solution from your perspective ?
To both reamping in full digital, only the apollo X4 can with Adat in/out capabilities which a lot more as i understand.
Yeah I can't do digital reamping. But I don't need that anyway for the time being. I like to commit myself. Also workflow wise real-time reamping would be a showstopper for me.
But when I do session work I like to send a DI as well.
Hi jon9max,
Did you notice any add' latency through those converter ? Any add' noise ?
it's a pity to add two more spdif/Adat converter with addd' power cable to a premium Apollo sound interface like UAD.
I take a look at possibilities, Antelope discrete synergy core have spdif in and out Vs UAD apollo X4 have Adat in/out
Thanks you for your feedback
I don't notice any.
I don't notice any.
Thanks, seems a viable solution
I've seen all kinds of converters starting at $15.00 I tried to sell mine in a yard sale for $6.00 but no one knew what it was lol.
