Count me in too! But first, get well!
Update 19.07.2012: TillS Cabinets - 1960 V30/T75 / Mesa Recto 4 x 12 / mixed / G12H30 cabs

Sorry to hear that man, count my in for the cab when you get better though
-
Thx guys, fortunately it´s just a muscular injury, nothing too severe. If carrying a Recto 4 x 12 + Roadcase doesnt kill you, your wife´s plant pots will

Sitting at home with a backache doent mean you cannot be productive. I tried to make cab profiles of a little 1 x 8 Peavey Vypyr that i bought from a drunken bum for 40 bucks
Not the greatest amp at all but it has a open back which i wanted to experiment with. So it´s the c3000 at the front and a SP B3 condenser for the back. I cannot really say if it is of any use, cause it simply is not my kind of brew. But check it out if you like. The first 5 profiles are for clean only and sound like shit on distortion tones. The last 3 were done with a semi distorted tone with the rear mic blended in more in the last 2 files. Very mid honky...
Have fun!!!

Hahaha, awesome stuff man, looking forward to giving them a go.

Thx, will check that !!
Your laste update contain 001,002,003,006,011 etc...
The missing number it's cause they are not good or we have to put the old one ?
-
I hope Tills is doing better with his back.
I have the March 16th pack, and I also older what the numbers mean? What's the difference between 001, 002, etc? There seem to be several dozen of the Marshall and the Mesa.
They all sound great, though! Like many have said, these cab profiles have saved many amp profiles I would have otherwise deleted.

Thank you for your great work. Love it. Many rigs i didn´t like sounds now great.
Hope you will be fine soon.
-
thank you , all cab soung great !

Thx guys, i am fully recovered. However, my real life job keeps me very busy at the moment, so the next load of cabs will take some time. I took some profiles of a bunch of Impulse Responses like the Red Wirez ones in the meantime. Some of them are quite nice, though they sound very different from my usual stuff. But i might add them with the next update.

Hi there,
before getting hold of a G12H30 speaker or cab, and hopefully getting into the next profiling sessions within the next weeks, i just wanted to share some new stuff with you. I just added a bunch of "mixed" cabs, using the "tonematching" method, mixing and profiling them over a DAW. These are blends of speakers with different characters. Most of them are mix versions of multiple cabs as Tills 1960 006, Tills Recto 055, G12K100, Marshall 1960 with G12T75, and the Greenback cab from the Siggi Mehl amp. Again all profiling was done with the Marshall JVM in OD2 orange mode. Most cabs should have a good amount of high mids and presence.
Please let me know what you think.
I also added the two "lost" 1960 cabs, which were the first i ever did, just
named MARSHALL V30 and MARSHALL V30 T75. These were renamed to Tills
1960 060 and Till 1960 061. Many thx to guitartone for providing themHave fun...

-
Thanks a lot. Best cabs ever.
-
Ok, renamed all the files (again) on the KPA, now also the displayed filenames should be correct when browsing.
I hope everything is fine now....
-
Thank you!
-
Excellent...thanks Tills.
I'm a bit confused, how many new cabs have actually been added...my KPA showed 26 new files I think.

There should be 22 mixed cabs plus the Till 1960 060 + 061 (which are the former MARSHALL V30 / V30 T75). So it should be 24 new ones.
