Long story short:-
-> Guitar to KPA Front
-> KPA Direct Out to Axe Rear 1/4 Input [ Axe front input is way too hot and sensitive - rear input is a lot better ]
-> Axe 1/4 Right Out to KPA Alternate Input 1/4
Tonally, my resulting profiles are now pretty much perfect
The Problem ?
The resulting profiles are " too gainy " / " too hot ".
I have all the Axe Fx I / O Levels way down ...... like ultra low ....... yet the the profiles are still " too hot " / " too gainy " .... compensating my rolling dow the Gain during profiling / refining / after profiling is very far from sonically acceptable ... just makes the tone and sound weak.
So ...... is there anythign else in the KPA I can lower / reduce in order to get the resulting profiles less-hot / less gainy ?
