pedals - expression and volume

I have an ernie ball vp-jr volume and Mission TC-EP1 that I use on my g system.

Would these work with the remote or would I need to buy the Mission Kemper pedals ?

The Mission will work, you'll need a stereo jack lead to connect it though.You'll also need to assign the input to Volume ....if you have any problems post here

Hi,
I'm thinking about buying the Mission Ep1 KP expression pedal.
Could you tell me if this kind of doing would work please ?

- I set a rig with Stomp = Wah
- I connect 2 cables in the Kemper : out1 for expression and out2 for the switch

Then, if the switch state is off, the pedal acts like a volume pedal.
When I click on the toe switch, the pedal works like a normal Wah.
If I turn off the switch, the pedal remains to be a volume pedal.

Would it work like that ?

I don't know but don't think so Cedico.The switch will surely just turn the effect on or off. I don't think you can assign one pedal to 2 uses in 1 rig.

You could have two identical rigs side by side though with the Expression as Wah on one and as Volume on the other so instead of switching the Expression switch you would just go up a patch on the footswitch.
