As the remote for Kemper is not yet available in South Africa and seems you will only be able to get one if you buy a Kemper for a while, I'm going to need an alternative. I have many gigs coming up and I would like to amaze everyone with my new Kemper, but I don't have a midi controller as of yet. I think I will eventually get the Remote when it is available in South Africa, but I need something in the meantime. It would be very entertaining for the rest of the band to see me running to the Kemper to manually switch if I need a new sound. What's best and what should I avoid? Please help.
Need advice on a foot controller for Kemper.

The FCB1010 works well but I like the Roland FC300 much better. It's a bit pricier than the Behringer but you can do a lot more with it and the build quality is much better.

S'ok. But what I like about the FCB1010 is that you can get custom chips for it and then just plug and play, without too much programming and so on.The only disadvantage is that you can't get 700+ Kemper amps from there in browze as far as I know... For me the FCB1010 is fine until the kemper footcontroller arrives on my doorstep... Anywayz, only too glad to be of help...

Can you get the Roland unit chipped?

The FCB with one of the popular chips is a great solution, hope you can get the Kemper Remote soon though as it is well worth it.
