Just got answer from Kemper support:
"Thank you for your report. This is a known bug and we are working on a fix." -
This issue is gone for me in fw 2.7.0 public beta.
From 2.7 beta release info:
- fixed: avoiding crackling within first three seconds after rig load
Thank you kemper team! -

Great! Awesome news!

Glad to hear this! I was just noticing the problem with my new unit on 2.6 beta.
-
I have some hiss on a couple of clean commercial profiles...haven't gigged it since the 2.7 upgrade though...fingers crossed

My pickups are Seymour Duncan AHB-1 Blackouts too (like Kukulkahn) and I was having issues with unwanted noise, too... All solved when I replaced the battery in my guitar Just a heads up if someone else is having problems with unwanted distortion in clean profiles with active pickups...

Nice thing you solved your cracklings! Recently I'm encountering this issue again more than I'd like..
I have discovered few more things though. I have this problem with active but also passive pickups too (tried with other guitars with passive PUs and the noise/crackle is also present). The issue seems to be higly related to the amount of high-freq content present in the profile.
Though, I have been able to get the same noise when runing the guitar straight into DAW (Kemper Stack section bypassed) and just cranking up some high-shelf EQ, so I'm starting to think it's not really a Kemper related issue, but more guitar/PU - related.
I want to check if I get the same noise when running guitar directly into my interface preamps (too lazy to arrange new cables right now, duh..).
I'll tell you wat else I discover!
Any other infos from you guys having this problem? -
I ve same problem with noise but what i noticed if i play in different rooms sometimes noise or not.
I realised the problem is produced by an telephone mast in near to my house like 350 meter
may house bricks are 60 to 25 cm without isolation and that makes the hugh problem. -
Hopefully my noise is from dirty guitar volume pots.It is present on distorted rigs
