It would be the greatest upgrade if we could use our overdrive, distortion and preamp profiles in one of the A B C D or X slots before or after the Amp Profile!!!!

This will happen at the same time as running two profiles together, because that's exactly what it is.
So... probably not until a Kemper II comes out.

....I believe that it,s much more simple:
1. because profiling the overdrive it don,t need to separate the cab from amp/preamp...., so it,s more simple the processing/*profiling procedure...
2. and because there is room for the profiled stomps in the A B C D or X slots

maybe the OD/Dist stomps are not profiles but modelisation ?

Yes, the existing stomps in the Kemper are modelled, not profiles..., but You can make some profiles about your stomps too....
Unfortunatelly these stomp profiles can,t be used in Kempers A, B, C, D slots, only in the Kempers Amps place...

I mean I'm not sure that technically the software section devoted to stomps may execute profiled algorithm too, or only modelled algorithm...Only a Kemper tech, or CK himself can answer to this...
