In Thin Lizzy Brian Robertson 77-78 used three Marshall Super Lead amps on a 4x12 each with Greenbacks. He had a Colorsound wah Wah and two WEM Copicat echoes. He used these to boost the signal into his amps. He didn’t play with a cocked wah he only used it as a regular wah wah. The pickups in his LP Deluxe and Custom was most likely the stock pickups. Late in 77 or early 78 he had the mini humbuckers in his Deluxe changed to full size humbuckers. Scott Gorham had five Marshall M/V combos. He used a Colorsound Overdriver, MXR Phase 100 and a MXR Flanger/Doubler.
