for those of you running guitar cabinets, what brands have you found to be reliable?

I really want a matrix but I can’t afford one right now. I have been looking at the Gemini 5000 2U rack space but it is a heavy amp, reminds me of a Mosvalve 500. Also an amp by sound town which is also a 2U heavy ass amp too like the Mosvalve. Any experiences with these amp brands?
