I had the issue with my Kemper head. I decided to disconnect my other interface which is always connected.

Problem solved and now my Kemper is updating.

Hi, I have a Valve 3/100 and a Valve 2/50-2. Both have issues for the moment though. In August I am taking them to a specialist to repair. I will then try to profile it and sell the amp.
