The flexibility these profiles provide i think will appease Even the most veteran Kemper snobs. Like he said - You utilize the Cabs that are balanced pretty much perfectly or Hit that single Cab off button and play through your own stuff and rip. These are probably the most get up and go profiles ive worked with.
Up there if not better then Josh Middleton vibes.
If you stop to think about the amount of boosts these Profiles provide shouldn't shudder the amount you pay. As hes got multiple rare boosts that you can barely find anymore.
To mention they do provide a different vibe within the profiles as well as each is fairly unique to the source tone.

Alot of it comes down to personal Tastes as well. I would say for everyone there is a 40/60 Good vs Bad scenario.
Im fortunate enough my kemper came loaded with probably some guy that bought the $50 Ebay pack with 2408209109 Profiles
I have run through over 30k of commercial profiles. And have paid for and picked up probably an additional 2-3k profiles over the last 2 years.
Takes some time but i would still say the commercial profiles i enjoy the most deff outway anything ive gotten for free. (Aside from the orginal ones i didnt pay for lol)

YEH Mostly besides the Boogie and Cantrel stuff are DI's
Some sort of Special Marshal Cab. - They do seem Thin on the cabs but adjustable to make up for it.
My Personal Fav is the Jose de Diablo...very under the radar. On ebay you mostly can offer 5 or 10 bucks off and he will accept. Thats how i got most.
This was one of my first Tube rig setups bout 15 years ago.
I found Lead 1 where the brootalz were if you followed some of the metallica notes.
Id be interested if they suit some good modern and classic tones?

ive got them ...they are merged with a mesa cab (scooped) and EVH2x12
amazing high gain tones...all sorts of boosted options.
i bought when they separated packs so was still expensive but they are worth it if you want modern metal tones,.
ive got fortin merssuggah and Cali pack.
i still want the recto tones but buying all one price is kinda hard...but id say with the amount thats there...better than josh middletons argubly maybe.
I asked this exact thing just a few months ago...because after running through the creation of my Kemper Profiler Database website i was infered the same thing...feedback was meh
