When there are 2 effects assigned to one effect switch, you can switch both on/off or either one effect on and the other of and vise versa.
I would like to have at the 1. press effect one on and effect two off, 2. press effect one off and effect two on, 3. press both effects on, 4. press both effects off.
With other words:
1. press 1 / 0
2. press 0 / 1
3. press 1 / 1
4. press 0 / 0
