Had the same problem (error message via rig manager). The update via usb worked fine.

That was a misunderstanding-the fault was not with the version but with the actual upload. The exact same version was uploaded later that afternoon.
I agree: that's what the Kemper support told me!

Is there any difference between the Version which was only short online at Noon today
and the one which is released in the afternoon ?
Is it necessary to delete the one from noon and exchange it to the one from afternoon ?
Release Version Number is the same
No! I get the Noon 7.5.2 version on my Kemper and everything worked fine after the bad sounding results of the 7.5.1 I had a call with the support concerning this and some other items. They told me that they took the Noon version offline because the had to deal with the release number. If the release number is clear they decide which version they put online again. After the version was online again I forced the Rigmanager to search for updates. The result: my Kemper was up to date.

Thanks to the Kemper-Team for the quick reaction!

I've been told that there it's not necessary to go back to an older version. They just working on some other bugfixes and they want to implement them in the new version.
-
I've just talked with the hotline: there should be a new release during this weekend.

Sorry guys! Everything works fine: out of carelessness I pull out the usb-cable. After reconnecting the cable "my profiler" appeared again in the rm and is corresponding with the profiler (change of values and rigs).
-
Maybe they've taking OS 7.5.2 from the website because the rigmanager did not communicate with the profiler anymore after I made the update. That's what I'm facing now.

As i wrote it dont work from RM 3.0.131
tried this the last 15 min

Yes im on 3.0.131
7.52 is gone, RM don't install it
and its gone from the Download Page
Maybe something is wrong with it, so they deleted it , be careful
Thanks for the information. I'm on 7.5.2 since 15 minutes and I tried a lot and it still works fine with no crash or bad sound behavior.

Seems 7.52 is gone
Try to update from the rigmanager 3.0.131. Unfortunately I did not download the new version separately so I could not send it to you via email.

Hi digbob!
Did you update the Rigmanager to 3.0.131 before.
I had no problem with that.
Meanwhile I checked the new OS concerning the bad sound behavior. I experimented with the high and low shift too. It' seems like everything working fine.

See the new release of OS 7.5.2: the problem should be fixed.
Here an excerpt of the changelog:
- Audio
- fixed: sound anomalies, if High Shift in cabinet is not in neutral position
I will try this today and give a review!

Where are you playing gigs right now? Isn't everything shut down or is this the return of smoke filled speakeasy gigs!
Hey Guy James! I'm from Germany. Since 2020-07-01 it's possible to play small gigs. The audience is limited to 100 persons and there are some special rules for the prevention of covid-19 the operator has to observe.

I tried reverting my head back to OS 7.4.1.17821 and I received an error message so I am stuck with the buggy upgrade for now. One thing I discovered today is that it appears to be linked to the Low Shift control in the Cabinet section. If you move the Low Shift off of 0.0 or stored a rig with a value other than 0.0, you get the nasty nasal tones that cannot be dialed out.
I also seem to notice a general lack of high end overall but perhaps that is just my ears being worn out dicking with the Low Shift weirdness.
Kemper has been great about responding to customer issues so I expect this to be sorted out soon. Hopefully my observations can help.
I noticed the same behavior. For more details see my latest post!

Last night I had to play a gig! Yesterday afternoon I installed OS 7.4.1 - the official release - again and everything worked fine during the gig.
I will update to 7.5 today again. To install 7.5.1 is no good idea because I recogniced - similar than NotScott: if you turn the LowShift away from 0.0 the old sound problem appears again. So let's wait for the next release.

Hey digbob! Support Ticket = good idea! Hope, they'll fix this soon.

Hey guys! I noticed the same. After the update some rigs sounded thin almost like having a phase problem. I selected an other speaker in the cabmodule and then loaded the old speaker back again. The result: it sounded like I've used to know. Maybe it's a bug with this module.

Yes, I am missing this feature too. To see and add program change commands within the editor would be very helpful.
