Hi all we just got Kempers after alot of gear problems with our old live rigs.
I put these rigs together after a bit of research and its the perfect setup for us.
for touring we needed these new rigs to be able to fly hand luggage but have everything included and be as easy to use and tour proof as possible.
We run wireless but dont want to use a G90 as this takes up a full rack and 4u shallow rack is the biggest u can take hand luggage.
Ive extended the line 6 g50 with low noise 50ohm coax cable and all neutrik chassis connectors to 1/2 wave antennas, this works perfectly as the neutrik chassis mounted BNC connections are countersunk and allow the antennas to be left connected with the front cover on the rack.
XLR in front for easy switching from mic to DI without getting out your torch or making the local tech a bit salty!!
Ethercon in front for easy remote connection patched in at the back.
The connections in the front are not only for ease of use but to prolong the life of the connections on the kemper.
T-rex Chameleon powersupply and Line 6 G50 both velcro mounted direct to kemper.
The remote fits in the back of the SKB 4u shallow moulded case with plenty of space for cables wireless transmitter and spare batteries. All cables in back of kemper remain plugged in and still space for a piece of foam to seperate.
Looks like a nuclear bomb right?
