But honestly, I just enjoy playing guitar. I’m happy when the sound works for me without much tweaking. Still, I’ve learned a lot about the parameters through the Kemper.

    This is the main thing.

I've had different phases over the past ~9 years. Starting from full immersion (tiniest details, hunting and buying commercial profiles/IRs), continuing with the "plug & play" approach, then a mixture of the two. With routine of course everything is faster. In '23-'24 I've recorded almost exclusively with plugins but in this year I use it more often again because of the USB audio reamp option. Now I'm in the phase of rediscovering it. (I can't believe how many profiles I bought for it over the years.:))

Personally, I’ve never fully understood the desire to get *exactly* the same sound. Others do, and that’s fine.

Which original? In which room? With what mic, speaker ….and placement.

Even with liquid profiles (which are very cool)…..the cabinet and how it’s captured provides huge variability. They’re all *the* original so to say….but sound nothing alike.

To me, liquid profiles aren't cool because they sound *exactly* the same. The well-made Kemper profiles can do this too (>90%), if someone knows what they want. (If only 100% match is good enough for someone, they should use a tube amp.) The cool thing about liquid profiles is the behavior of the amplifier when you adjust the profile (amp eq section, amp gain). Everyone can try this (with headphones) with the existing liquid amp models.

From experience I can only speak about tube Marshalls and I like what their liquid models can do. For me, besides USB audio and previously the Rig Manager, the liquid models are the best innovation since the Kemper appeared on the market.

Sorry if this question has already been answered on the forum, I have not read topics here recently.

Before installing each new Kemper OS update for the last few months, this was my first question after reading the changelog information: are there still no newer liquid profile amp models? When the liquid profile amp models finally became available, I was sure that most OS updates would include 1-2 new amp models, since the point of liquid profiles is to get the behavior of the given amp model.

Is there a specific reason for the lack of newer liquid amp models? Can we expect new liquid profile amp models in the near future? I really hope, because for me this is currently the most awaited update regarding Kemper. (Of course, the whole community is grateful for the continuous updates.)

I haven't been active here lately but here's some good synthwave:

Many of my rigs are based on a Mesa Boogie Mark V and it would be great to access the EQ unit of this amp as it is quite unique.

I'm sure this was discussed in another topic too but I'm responding to your comment this time: not only the Mark V but also many other popular amplifiers are not among the available options, I hope this will change soon, because the people would require them. More Peavey, more Mesa, Engl, Diezel, more Orange, Driftwood, MLC, maybe some modded/custom stuff.
