Ok, by now im sure you have hopefully solved the issue but in your clean sense can raise the volume of your clean sound and disortion sense changes the parameters on how it disorts that globally through all profiles. Hope this helps. Rock on!!

I had the same issue one time when I had a 1x12 then I got it paired with a 2x12 and now 4x12 for the longest time I did not have a issue with 4 being at 16ohm may had fried one of the voice coils that's what happend the first time and it was just one speaker kone. The voice coil is the goldish looking cable underneath the speaker. But kemper usa issued me a fast replacement. I think this time I'm ok everything still works well on the 4x12 kones. Time will only tell. Give Kemper a call if you hadn't yet good luck.

I do agree there us kemper team support is quick and amazing at responding and getting stuff sent out quickly I had my first kemper kone go bad just a rare experience with the voice coil I returned it with there return center and got a replacement and hadn't had an issue since. I think I got the replacement in a week really speedy. I have two kemper speakers and just got a Marshall 4x12 with trade in credit with my local store for 43 bucks 1960 A jcm 900 can't wait to drop the 4 kemper kones into it later this fall/winter.

I really hope they do a 2x12 option or 4x12 option for both powered/non powered players. I allready have two kemper kones in 2 different 1x12's that I got at 60 bucks really good find. But I'd get a 2x12 next to get the 4x12 tone. Why waste what I have allready. Useually they always sneak in an announcement at the last minute. If not this time around the winter namm 2022 for sure. It feels like they always do every other Namm.

What did I do wrong i just updtaed my kemper too then everything just stopped working. No effects or amps will work on it just a clean setting is all I am getting please help.
