    Hello guys,
I have a DI track in Cubase where I put a distortion on it, then I loaded NadIR and import an IR. Sounds cool to me.
So I decided to convert this IR with Cabmaker to import it in the Kemper.

Here is the IR and the converted one.

So I routed the output of my DI track from cubase into the kemper, turned off stomps, the amp and eq stack on the kemper but left the cabinet section on, of course, with the converted IR on it.
I use the monitor out to go back in cubase, pure cabinet off.
Input and output levels are good, even in the daw.
Actually if I turn off the cabinet on the kemper it sounds exactly like my DI, but when I put it back ON, it sounds REALLY different than the actual IR file loaded in NadIR in Cubase.
Does anyone already tried that, had this issue ??
    IR's file is 44K 24bit wav file.

Any Idea how it sound a lot different ?

    Hi All,
I'm william, Sound engineer of Digihill Studio in Nice, France
On Monday 9th of October at 7.30pm UTC+2 (Paris Time) we are going to have an in depth test of the kemper in LIVE on Facebook!
    https://www.facebook.com/events/517726168574249/?ref=br_rs

This will allow us to show you all the possibilities of the Kemper, listen to a comparison with a "real" amp, and you will be able to ask us all the questions you want, so we can answer live and test if needed :)
This will be in French, but as I speak english I'll be able to answer any of your questions.
So if want to know if kemper is for you, this live event might be the answer :)
    See you all,
    Best
