Do you actually own all of these amps ? Or are they profiles of other modelers ? Or are they other people profiles you have accumulated (?) And why for free ?
Sorry ..... but it seems somewhat "not quite right to me" (?)

Gold Lion Audio profiles are the real deal. I have bought a few of their full packs over the years (Krank, Splawn and 5153 from memory).

My Laney LFF-112 work well for me with my old Atomic Amplifire modeller based setup.
Conventional wisdom was to HPF at around 150Hz on that modeller. I always set the switches on the Laney flat, set the gain to unity and controlled the volume from the modeller. From memory the feed to the Laney was from the mixer inc, any EQ the sound guy set.
I only really used the Laney at home with the Kemper. It sounded okay but I can't comment on how good it is at stage volume. I quickly moved to the Kemper Kabinet and I feel that is a far better match for the Kemper.

What are the "specials" of the JVM Tone Stack?
The voicings (and gain levels) of the 12 channels (Clean, Crunch, OD1 and OD2 all of which have a Green, Orange and Red mode).
The JVM aimed to cover every classic Marshall tone in one box and it did a great job. I regularly gigged a JVM410 tattoo half stack with a TC Electronics G-System before going digital.

Like to hear from anyone who has moved a profile's eq section from post amp to pre amp? This seems like it makes more sense in a way, and yields a more versatile tweaking. What do y'all think?

No it isn't a guitar speaker with a nice mid hump it is a full range speaker with a fairly flat response

I know the Fat and Cln switches on the Friedman, but I could not find those.
They're on the rear panel next to those other switches

What was the rationale for excluding the Sat and C45 switches from the Friedman tone stacks?
I feel they defintely have an impact on gain and tone.

"An additional setting can be found on the last page of the amplifier module: A soft button allows you to set the
position of the equalizer to either “Post” (after) or “Pre” (before) the amp module. The EQ has a different impact on
the sound of a distorting amp, depending on its position. In tube amps, it is positioned between the preamp and the
power amp. Most modern guitar amps with a master volume control perform the distortion in the preamp; thus, the
equalizer is positioned after the distorting circuit. Classic amps without master volume control (such as Vox® AC-30),
produce the distortion in their power amp. In this case, the equalizer is positioned before the distorting circuit.
However, setting the position according to the original amp is not mandatory, since the authentic sound of the
reference amp has already been captured, and therefore includes the original equalizer setting. Users of classical
PROFILER models can use the EQ button as a shortcut to the EQ settings in the amplifier module" -
Didn't see a definitive answer in the updated manual or any of the videos to date. I've been changing to pre as I believe that is where the controls sit in most amps i.e. before the power amp.
Am I doing this right? (Not looking for the usual Yoda "if it sounds right it is right" nonsense).

I buy profiles because I want a set of sounds that are a dialled in version of an amp. However I have always been very aware that tweaking the Kemper EQ wasn't authentic so I didn't really use it. So profiles worked for me or they didn't.
I will still want a set of dialled in liquid profiles in any future packs I purchase. But I will also feel a little more comfortable that adding some mids, lowering the gainetc. won't drift too far from the original amps behaviour.

Had a play last night and it is very cool indeed
However I feel like it's success will come down to whether well known profilers use it, or perhaps more crucially how many of them kept all the setting from their original profile pack sessions, and are willing to share them or elevate those packs to liquid.

I imagine they will want a new factory pack to be availble when they launch too, which may or may not already be ready. We do know that some of the big name profilers have already had access to OS 10 e.g. Tone Junkie and Michel Britt.
