no spdf on my interface

i’m using the 4 out (kemper amp, di, stereo wet verb)
I’m going to use a patchbay to make points accessible.
Want to keep the 4 out setup (likely half normalled to bay) and have the capability to easily setup a hardware pedal routing. Mostly delays and other oddball fx. I think the kemper itself covers any dort sounds I might want, so i won’t be running straight to input
-
I have my kemper setup to 4 outputs currently. I want to also be able to use hardware fx.
Any advice on setup? -

cool. My old fender and ampeg amps don’t have an effects return
-
who has run their kemper into a tube amp for a more realistic live-room capture?

i get this screen on every bootup the past year or two. I have reset the clock multiple times, but it doesn’t seem to save

My motu 16a doesn't have spdf.
I may have to run the di direct to my interface analog in.
Hoping to avoid that. -
I run my kemper unbalanced outputs into a behringer ada8200 and then adat into my interface.
I tried sending the di signal from interface to ada8200 to kemper balanced return. Got it working, but the guitar tone is losing some hi end content. Won't match the original recorded version that the di came from.
Thought it might be the ada8200 return so I bypassed that unit and just sent a balanced signal from interface straight to kemper return. Still missing the same hi end content.
Now thinking it might be the initial pass thru the ada8200. Doesn't seem to affect the gtr tones from stack output, but something is messing up the di signal.

Motu says it's hardware. Unit is being replaced

I've been troubleshooting with motu tech help.
I'm now getting the bursts with everything disconnected other than the 16a adats routed from out to in, so basically a self-loop test.
It's looking like I may have to replace the 16a. -
I'm beginning to think it's a power issue. I noticed the digital burst across multi drum tracks from a few days back. Those are analog inputs, so outside of crosstalk the adat signal wouldn't affect those.
I've had a couple of 16a reboots recently with a low power indication.
Thanks for your help. It's just draining when you can't get music happening because of some simple hardware/software issue. -
I'm sending my kemper to 4 outputs (as shown in kemper's output video) all on unbalanced cable to the line-ins on my behringer ada8200. Then from the behringer to the motu16a via adat.
It works for the most part, but I have been getting digital noise bursts which make recording basically impossible.
Just wondering if others have a similar setup or experience

I'm using 4 analog outs.
Just trying to eliminate potential suspects. -
I've been recording while using previews via rig manager instead of actually loading profiles onto my kemper.
I've also been experiencing weird digital artifacts which may or may not be a result of my usage.
Just wondering if others do this as well -
It is a nice piece of kit, i use the analog in/outs for mic inputs and sends.
The ada8000 allows me 8 more in and out, so i use the 8 out as headphone sends and the inputs as my kemper returns.
If I need even more input/output, I can add another ada8200 -
I have a motu 16a myself.
I've got my kemper setup to output to a behringer ada8000 which then connects via toslink to my motu.
Actually having issues at this very moment with this setup. I think either one of my toslink cables is damaged or my ada8000 is acting a bit weird. I get the occasional digital noise on the gtr stack and di tracks coming from the kemper. -
When did bass rig pack 2 become available?

Is there a sub forum for setting up collabs?
