My kemper stage sometimes freeze and nothing works any more. Even the on/off knob. If I want him to work again, I need to unplug the power cable. Can somebody help?

I Just found something!

You need to make sure that your pedal outputs are plugged in the good return 3 and 4. So if you have volume problems juste inverse the cables and it should work!

I have a problem with the kemper remote,

my screen is black and it makes it impossible to use...

I bought a new original cable from Kemper, but it did not fixed the problem...

Is it a hardware problem? should I turned it back?
