Windows or Mac? I had the same issue recently. I had to reinstall the driver for the Kemper.
If Windows....Under Device Manger, my Profiler had an exclamation point on the Device. I simply had to right click...Update Driver...Browse my computer...Select C:\Program Files\Kemper Amps\Driver and click Next. It updated the Driver and I was able to see the Profiler from Rig Manager again. Not sure about the process on a Mac, but hopefully this points you in the right direction!
