According to your drawing you are wired Kemper out to the interface XLR outs. Your interface has 2 sets of outputs, XLR, and 1/4. You are useing both.
Inputs are to the right.

All those guitars and I couldn’t find a lefty in the bunch…typical. It doesn’t really affect me though, I’m across the pond.
We have for example testet a Behringer FCB 1010 (with Uno4Kemper) connected to a Player via a cheap USB-MIDI-Interface. and found no functional limitations.
Time to sell my old FBC1010 (with uno4kemper chip) , it just got a lot more valuable . 
If you took it as trade, the first thing I wound do is an init globals in the system menu. It resets the settings back to factory without losing saved rigs.
You have no idea how the previous owner had it set up.
Fine with me, I’d like to get another one to leave set up where we practice.

I would try it with rig manager on another computer, that would answer your question. Windows does some strange things in the background.
10.1 beta notes says it s fixed. Try updating to the newest beta.

You can also plug in a keyboard to rename (in the toaster at least, I don’t know about the stage).

BTW, I use my Yamaha HS8s at home.
My headrush 108 started dying on me(random snapping and crackling at full volume) and I replaced it with a Kemper powered kab and it sounds much better to me and my band. Not cheap, but works better for us. Way less boomy/woofy.
What works best for me might not for you though. The 108 worked “good enough” for me too, I only replaced it because it died.
