That is unfortunate... Hmm hard to believe that there's hardware limitation why kemper couldn't send from both Direct Output and Monitor Out information to the loop... Maybe i could post a feature request.

I have connected my H9 max to Kemper's loop following way:
TS cable from Direct Output/Send -> H9 Left input
H9 Left Out -> Kemper's Return input
H9 Right Out -> Kemper's Alternative inputSomeone said here in the forum that you can use Y-cable (1/4" TRS cable to two 1/4" mono jacks), but if I do that I get signal only to left side. That is because the Kemper's Send output is only mono for some reason.
So the question is: Is there a workaround? There's Monitor Output still available for example... I would love to use new 5.0 delay algorithms and use H9 reverbs. But new delays have beautiful stereo tricks and I hate to lose them... a workaround could save me some money, otherwise I think I must buy H9 core

Bought it used so probably will get my money back if i want to sell it after 5.0... though I doubt that I will sell it, really like the sound of it.

H9 max on the way... I can't wait Zoom ms-70cdr is great for the price, but it's sounds a bit too dull or "low-fi".

I'd really like rig manager on a tablet too. That would be sweet.
Sure would be! At home I have placed my Kemper conveniently next to my computer screens, but in training room environment that would be very handy. Well not as handy as the editor would be but still...

Well for $400 I would buy it instantly :O

I bought a used ms-70cdr and have a box for it that makes it midi compatible. It's no h9 sound wise, I'm still drooling for Bigsky and h9, but it's a very nice addition to have and I will (try to) wait for 5. After that it's pointless to buy external effects pedal in my use (I keep saying to myself
But i know that after 5.0 and its delays I will keep drooling reverbs and so on... it's endless -
In europe: "There is no need to contact us if you previously signed up on the waitlist for the original FX8 (discontinued); we'll automatically move your name to the new waitlist for a Mark II."
Unbelievable. Thank god haven't bought it.

Yeah, maybe I'll just buy the second pedal for morphing and waste the morphing feature just for the volume.

Well even if people don't want to start a loop with silence, this behaviour makes it impossible to stop the loop if volume pedal is down. It's impossible to overdub. Or reverse. Or do anything else.
-
Yes there are workarounds. I could e.g. buy another volume pedal and put it between my guitar and kemper. But it won't change the fact that there's no point in loopers behavior Well hope to see a change in that sometime in the future.

Yeah I know that trick... but I do like the ability to tune my guitar when in heel position. I see no reason why looper should be unresponsive when the tuner is in the screen. Well not the world's biggest problems, i know, but still...
-
Is it a bug or a feature that the remote looper won't start recording if volume pedal is in a heel position (i.e tuner is visible)? It's a bit of a pain because it makes it impossible to start a loop with volume swell... I wouldn't want to lose my ability to get zero volume on heel position either.

+1 to dt770 here. But of course remember to try before buying! I tried my friend's years ago and after that I just had to get it
