Hi! I have a non-powered toaster which I bought used. Is there a way that I can determine the year of manufacture from the serial number?

Hey everyone! Any suggestions on a good rig for Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb? I have been looking through the Rig Exchange but cannot seem to come up with anything. I may not be searching correctly. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

My apologies if this has been answered before, but I am a newbie Kemper owner and want to add an expression pedal to my rig. I use my Kemper exclusively in my home studio, no live playing. While the Mission Engineering EP1 dedicated to the Kemper is an excellent product, I feel that it may be more than I need. I have read positives on the Yamaha FC7 and the Boss FV500H. I like both of these, especially the pricing on the Yamaha. However, the price of the Yamaha makes me pause. Has anyone here had experience with any or all of these pedals and could help me out with a selection? I like the Mission pedal but if I can pick up the Yamaha for basically half the price that seems like the way to go to me. Any thoughts? I appreciate any and all comments/suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have a 2005 Caparison Horus up for sale on Reverb.com. Here is the link: https://reverb.com/item/2913453-caparison-horus-deep-sea
I might also consider a trade for an unpowered Kemper (rack or toaster). You can message me here if you like. -
I am thinking of adding an Eventide H9 to my Kemper setup to add reverbs and delays that may not be available in the Kemper. I was wondering if anyone currently using an H9 with their Kemper could tell me your opinion of it or if there is anything else out there that I should consider. I like the Strymon stuff, but it is pricey. Thanks!

Sorry to take so long getting back to everyone. But I have been experimenting with all the suggestions! And all of them work great! I believe I like the micro detune the best, but that is just my ears. All of them are great though, and I ended up incorporating all of them into my rigs. I have an early Van Halen (Roth Period) and a later Van Halen (Van Hagar) setup. Eltzejupp - thanks for the video link, that was very helpful! Once again, this is without a doubt the most helpful forum I have ever been blessed to be a part of! I only hope that I can be of some help in the future. Thanks again for all the help!!!

Hi guys! I am a new Kemper owner. I am trying to use the harmonizer to get the sound of the Van Halen Balance period. Something similar to "The Seventh Seal" or "Baluchitherium". I was able to get that sound with an Eventide Pitchfactor on the H910/H949 setting but can't seem to approximate it with the Kemper. I am trying to downsize the number of pedals that I use in front of the Kemper. Thanks for any help/suggestions!

Welcome! It is possible, and not a dumb question. I knew it could be done, but had to look up how to do it
In the Output Section:
Set the Main Output source to "Delay/Reverb wet"
Set the Monitor Output source to "Stack"
The Output sources are listed in the Kemper Reference Manual, page 38
Thanks Paults! I appreciate your taking the time to look that up. This is a very helpful forum!

Let me begin by saying, I am a proud new Kemper owner. I have just begun to scratch the surface of the capabilities. I play in my home studio, mainly through headphones. I would like to experiment with a wet/dry/wet set up, but am not quite sure how to accomplish it. Has anyone done something similar? I was thinking of possibly running the XLR outs to a small mixer that I have for the wet channels and then the monitor out to a 1/4" input on my mixer for the dry. However, I am not sure that I can separate the wet and the dry on those separate outputs. Any info/tips would be greatly appreciated. Also, I apologize in advance if this is not possible and I am asking a particularly dumb question. Thanks!
