I have a rack version at home which I upgraded to Beta 9 with the 3.4 RM works like a charm.
My rack is running USB thru a hub my stage also thru a hub tomorrow I will connect my stage direct to my Mac no hub.
In my case I can't blame the firmware, wonder if its mostly hardware related, thats causing grief to most

Im running OS version 11.2.2 I have RM Beta 3.4 won't connect to firmware 9 if I revert to firmware 8 all good.
Not sure what else I can do
-
Thanks I’ll check that out I did an update for RM with firmware 8.7.2 not sure what version though
-
I’ve loaded the latest beta firmware not communicating with rig manager asks me to check usb
I reinstalled firmware 8.7.2 all good any thoughts at what might be wrong

You want to set the output for FOH unchecked, and set DB level from -10 to -15, i found for best results,
then have your monitor checked, and you''ll have control over the monitor volume, and FOH is a static output level.
Thanks for the reply. I understand that FOH is static my question was whether or not its normal for the lights round the Master volume knob stay on the Main Out setting. Once Ive set FOH I uncheck the Main out link and check Monitor out. When I go to adjust my stage volume the lights round the master volume knob stay stationary so I'm wondering if this is normal

You set what is affected by the knob on the Kemper. If I remember correctly is it in the output section. There are check boxes for what all is affected when you turn the knob. Your FOH is probably unchecked.
If I have my main out Link Checked my lights round the master volume knob reacts accordingly if I then uncheck the main out and check the Monitor out Link the lights stay stationary is this normal

I’ve addressed this issue I’m having previously. If I’m using the XLR output for FOH and the 1/4 inch for stage monitoring The volume knob no longer affects the XLR ( the lights round the volume knobs stay at minimum values.) I know I’m missing something can’t seem to work out this volume issue. I want to achieve my FOH volume and be able to control my stage monitor volume as required. Can someone please give me a step by step I have difficulty in understanding the manual
If a tutorial video exists that’s even better

In order to adjust the volumes independently, you need your monitor connected to the Monitor Out and the FOH to the XLRs. The Main Out has both XLR and 1/4 inch jacks, but they aren't intended to be used at the same time.
Ok thanks
So possibly I may of connected XLR and 1/4 inch both in the main out. That would explain why I couldn’t control the volume, may also explain the clicking sound

I tried the Kemper stage for the first time in a band situation . I’m not understanding how to set up the stage and FOH volumes. I plugged my stage monitor to the 1/4 inch jacks and FOH to the xlr input. For some reason I couldn’t adjust my stage monitor volume. I did have the stage monitor checked and the FOH at -12db.
My stage monitor had a clicking sound going thru it with this setup, no issues once I took FOH out of the loop. -
Ive been using my Axe Fx live for a few gigs I use output 1 for the FOH and output 2 for my monitor essentially a seperate volume control per output . How would i replicate this on my kemper ?

My output light goes red, how do I tame this.I know the input is tamed with the clean sense.

Sorry, but the editor is a beta. Please open a support ticket
I realise it’s beta, and have a support ticket KA000182423, my problem is the profiler won’t go past the contact support screen.I desperately need to get it working even if it means wiping everything,I don’t have any other idea atm.
-
After several attempts, resetting ,deleting of performances, my Kemper wont even start now. It just sits on the support screen
After 3 years of reliability the editor has killed it. -
Below are messages I get when I try to open the editor it either hangs forever,or I get either the Apple message (attached ) or the other which requests to contact Kemper support which I did.
Can anyone suggest any work around ? I have a 18 Month old Apple Touch Bar MacBook Pro pretty sure it’s running the Mojave MacOS -
1. Any USB MIDI class compliant interface should work. They use drivers that are built right into the host computer’s operating system.
For example Roland Um-One mk2 in "TABLET" mode should work.
2. No but they invited me to discuss the official editor on the forum
Thanks have ordered the Roland.
A big thank you for your efforts, I probably would of sold my Kemper if it wasn’t for Your editor. So much easier to have everything in front of you.
