Nice and sweet tool, works fine for me at the moment!
I was hoping for a way to program the remote as well. Does not work as far as I've found out...
I have two Kempers one at home, one on the road. Being able to re-program the Remote without having it connected to the Kemper would be a great thing.

Where can I download the 7.1.6 OS? It's not online, or I can't find it.....

Ibanez RG6PCMLTD-BRG Premium
Amazing amazing guitar, current no. 1!

I will post a better picture, but I just got this case and it's perfect for my needs.
Remote, ME pedal and the Profiler Switch (that is actually for the Eleven Rack in case the Kemper goes down, works perfectly). -
Here's some current favs:
- Custom delrin or acetal picks, extra heavy, 1.14 - 1.26 mm. I sharpen the point by pulling the edge 2-3 times on a carpet (saw Vai doing this, faster than sandpaper). 0.60mm on the acoustic.
- Dunlop Petrucci Primetone Ultex, best "out of the box" pick to me.
- Dunlop "Standard JP" Petrucci, I keep one live on my pickholder (next to the delrins) for certain parts, don't care if I lose one, not as expensive as the Primetone.
- Chicken Picks Badazz III (I like the Shredder as well) -
I posted it in the rig pictures thread, I think this is the right place. Great and simple tool for small sessions or studio work.
-
That is true! But it's a compromise I do on stage since there is no cable that goes to the KPA except the one from the remote AND there's no cable that can be ripped out from the front of the KPA. I like it super clean...
In the studio I use the front input. -
Clayton Acetal and Dunlop John Petrucci Primetone

This little guy came in yesterday (just in case someone wants to see a "real" picture of it and I hope I'm in the right forum, lol). Great tool for mini sessions or just going through rigs in the studio.
-
I also use a wireless unit for this, it's goes into the second input on the back of the Kemper. This way I avoid needing (extra) power on my pedalboard (that only features the Remote and a Mission Engineering controller pedal)...

This is the only thing I know of that you can buy!

Other than that you might have to get something custom made...

I would get the Ibanez Mikro. I use it for travelling, it's a nice little guitar!
-
When I travel and don't have to play a gig, I take my Ibanez Mikro everywhere I go. It's small, I set it up nicely (Ibanez has own strings for it!) and it sounds decent, I even did some demos on my Mac Book with it, works (using an IK Multimedia Engl plugin)! Might try out a Baby Taylor Taylor Swift, for the acoustic side.

I don't really use them anyone, to be honest. Right now I'm into the Vox Amplug for practicing without my studio rig or an amp.
I did use the Bias (missing an overdrive pedal in front of the amp model) and the Pod app (liked it!). All with the IK iRig HD. -
