Here is the official response from Kemper support
Quotesorry, but no, we don't sell single parts. The exchange would also be mechanically quite complicated and you would lose warranty (36 months).

There's always this guy who will make a custom Faceplate for you
They look so funky. I still prefer the original faceplates.
It turns out that all rigs were removed from favorites after I changed the username. It works fine now.
Thanks!
So I got the blackface head and I think it would be great if I can swap the faceplate. I'm wondering if the company sells the faceplates separately?
I've been playing around with KPA and RigManager yesterday and run into an issue: I can't navigate through rigs in Favorites. The UP and NEXT buttons are inactive and can't change rigs in Favorite section. The navigation works fine if I choose "All rigs".
Can anybody help? Thanks!
The short answer is: YES. It's for me, perfectly.
The black head looks more beautiful in real life than in the photo.
I played with it for 4 hours yesterday. It's simply the best gear purchase I've ever made.

Thanks guys. I've just bought a black toaster
Still looking!
I'm looking for a Kemper (preamp version). I prefer the white head version but feel free to shoot me your best offer via pm.
Thanks!___________
White if you're white. Black if you're black. I bought a white one and then found I couldn't make it a slave bwahaha
I'm a zebra
I love the futuristic feel of the white and the professional look of the black. I guess I will pick the cheapest one regardless the color.
Thanks guys. So the next question is: black or white head?
I often practice at night and I'm living in an apartment so volume is a big issue. I'm using a Dr Z Carmen Ghia and boutique pedalboard, I'm happy with my tone but I need more practical, simple rig for my use case. I've been listening to many Kemper demos and the tone is very convincing. I have a few questions before pulling the trigger:
- How does the Kemper sound through headphones? I have a few pair of great headphones and it would be great if I can get good sound from Kemper > headphones so I can jam and practice at night.
- If I run Kemper through a pair of Rokit 5, does it provide enough soundstage for practice/jamming?
- How are Kemper's effects? I play funk/blues/fusion and I need simple, high quality delay/tremolo/compressor.
Thanks guys!
