IMHO it's a myth that the firmware sounds different - as well as the claim that the Toaster sounds different as the Rack.(I checked only FRFR via the main outs)[/quote]

Hello !
first sorry for my vera bad english, i'm frenchYesterday I had imagine my kemper can play Wav files directly from the USB Key !
Imagine ! In the Effects module, you select "Sample player", and the parameters is :- Sample select
- Sample level
- One shoot or infinite loopIf i select one shoot, the sample is played once, and the effect Sample play is desactived at the end.
If i select Infinite loop, I think you know what it's doing !Imagine if you can choose 3-4 samples in an effet slot by sample, and play then when you want !
Is this possible?
thank's
Cooooool!

+1 for Undo/redo buttons to work this way
-
Welcome.
Enjoy the future! -
Thanks so much!
This is my case, I was recording some stuff without using the foot-controller...
C Kemper and you all are genius!
Is there something you've not considered yet?Excuse this silly question (keep on waiting for the next one

The edited performance remains in the edit buffer until you load a different one. Load a different performance and then reload the first one-the E will be gone.
I use the five sounds in a performance as starting points during a song.
So I need the sound to turn back to the saved one when pressing it again (my old rig, the g-system, allowed me to do this).
It's much more useful for me switching on and off effects in the 5 slots during a song not having to restore everyone by tapping everything again once the song is over.
Can the Kemper work this way? -
Congrats!
I hear it sounds "darker", let me know if that is true!
Bad guy! -

I've just upgraded mine to the latest firmware.
I hear no dramatic differences in profiles sounds I use the most.
Good improvement are High and Bass cab controls: the results in changing them sound more "musical" an natural.this is just what my ears say...
-
ok, true, I didn't noticed it.
thanks

Could it be that you recorded via SPDIF and the profiler wasn't set as master clock?
How do I set the profiler as master clock? -
It's so Easy (as they used to say! )
right! -
I use my Kemper as I did with traditional amps... Now...
First I created some performances for the guitars I have.
Than I realized that it could be much more useful creating various amps profiles performances.
Now I have a lot o amps and can decide which one to use with that guitar to get that sound.
The most fascinating thing to me is that I can preserve every guitar personality.
It's obvious that not all the amps sound equally good with all guitars.
Maybe an old tele sounds bad thru a triple rectifier... This doesn't mean tele is a bad guitar or mesa is a bad amp...
Just choose the right amp for the right guitar than tweak output eq or cabinet parameters to optimize the sound according to your needs and taste. -
Thanks Ingolf,
What I asked for is how to return to the saved version of performance after editing it.
I try to explain well: after saving some performances done to play live, I used them in a recording session. I needed to tweak some parametrrs to let it sound better during the session. Problem now is that "E" is always on even after switching off and on the unit or switching to different performances.
What I ask is how I get my saved sound back? Thanks

place your order here.
http://www.uno4kemper.com/uno4kemper_order.php
16 euros including shipping fees.
-
just buy "uno4kemper" chip and install it.
Probably the best 16 euros of your life.
Connect using two midi cables (the MIDI in one from the behringer in the kemper MIDI out and the reverse for the second cable)
Done. -
Hi everybody,
I'm a recent Kemper user.
I love it and love the way we, all together, are making it greater with this community.Question, in "perform mode" how can I recall the saved version of performances after editing them?
thanks in advance.
