I’m running 7.2.2 and the problem still exists but I manually switched it off and now it seems OK.

Anybody else seeing this?
I feel like it's linked to Rig Manager but I think I've had some freezes when it's not connected too.
I’ve been running the stage now on the latest software for about a week straight without a freeze. I’ve reboot the device once to physically move it, but that’s it. It’s been on non-stop the whole week. I should say I’ve not had it connected to my Mac, so no RM. I know this isn’t definitive but I think it points to RM as the stability culprit. At least with my issues.

I just realised the profiles I was saving into performances weren't actually loaded into my Profiler... could it be that? I dragged them from local library so maybe they were being stored in the cache?
I’m not sure about the cache issue, but I’m experiencing similar types of things with performance management. I would drag a performance form local library over to the Stage and sometimes it would show that something was there but it wouldn’t have all the parts (effects, names on slots etc). Sometimes the performance wouldn’t match the right number in the list between Stage and local library. I can change the arrangement and neither would synch to each other.

Hardware issues: The knobs being so loose they fall off is dissapointing, I cant seeing this unit surviving the "stage" if it cant survive the house. With your 3rd stomp not working, it could be a faulty stomp switch? Looks like some units just were not checked right.
Software issues:
Anyone know how to spot if you have a test software or proper OS? Mine's screen has frozen. Rig manager has frozen and wont close so i have to restart my computer. Hopefully they fix this white noise headphone output issue. All those are software related it seems. Be good to know if these are from test softwares?
Crazy to ship these units with such obvious flaws, just worried other things may be lurking that arent as easy to spot right away. To be safe I think I will exchange mine before I over run my returns period (if thats a thing)
First off, I am toaster user for years now, the software has always been solid, reliable and something I never worried about on stage.
I bought the stage based on my previous experience because that’s the expectation Kemper has set with me. That said my brand new stage has the following issues:
- rig manager crashes regularly.- rig manager intermittent sync issues, performances in one slot on RM and another on the Stage.
- random reboots with the Stage unit
- Stage freezes and displays the kemper screen
- USB stick doesn’t seem to be able import performances to Stage.
Whenever a software/hardware vendor has a reputation of being rock solid, anything other than that is a tough pill to swallow. Regardless of whether it’s used in a hospital or to make my guitar sound amazing. -
Same here just got it today. It’s unuseable in its current state for shows. I’ve also had it randomly reboot every 20-30 mins.

I got it figured out there was an OS update that seems to have taken care of most if not all I was experiencing. Thank you for being patient with me.

Ok so, how do I get performances from the library to my brand new Stage. I tried via USB stick, sees rigs but not the performances.
As a side note, i rebooted both my Mac and the Stage and they see each other now, initial synch was successful, however when I transfer performances to the Stage they aren't seen on the stage. However, when I preview the performance, from RM to Stage, Stage sees the performance, name comes up etc but no other detail (Rig, stompboxes etc).
So at this point it's not clear to me how to get the performance on to the Stage.

I just got mine, seems the quickest way to go.

I have it also with the stage. Just plugged it in for the first time and that's the message I got.

Anyone have a feel for or know what the current ship times are for Stage with KEMPER USA?.

That looks pretty interesting. I'm seeing it for the first time here, but I'd be curious if anyone else has experiences with it.

I noticed this to. I thought it was my ears so I changed my offending rigs. If this is a software issue, please do fix it.

And it's sold.

I really dig this. It's got a real Tool-kinda vibe to it. Draws you in, very engaging. Some of the sparkle comes out nicely in the cleans around 6:45.

This is my first experience of 1) having an idea, riff or whatever for a song and 2) seeing that idea to fruition using the Kemper as my primary tool. I am a big fan of having tools work for the creative process and not hindering or frustrating that process. I recorded this track with Logic Pro X and my Kemper for the bass and guitar tracks. The only post processing I did was compression. I haven't applied any affects using the software after the fact. From start to finish this represents 2-3hrs of work. I'd be interested in your feedback.
