So where's the secret link to the Profiles?
He gives the link in his 50 minute podcast demonstrating the profiles.

I'm able to set mine in ms. I'l bet if you unchecked the box "To Tempo" on page 1 of the delay, yours might work in ms also.
-
@niloc - use the type knob to find quad chromatic delay. NOT the browse knob.

I can't seem to find that thread. Can you link to it as I'm very keen to see what you're up to.

Rig Manager just installed another RM update 2.0.19. Anyone know what this update fixes? The notes in the window to accept the download didn't offer any clues.
-
I have the same problem. This was occurring several OS versions ago --> https://www.kemper-amps.com/forum/index.ph…hing#post252332
I wonder if they lost the fix in a recent revision,

@spottydog10 - had this issue before and solved it by --> Go to your "Downloads" folder and find the latest RM installer version. (should be 2.0.17) With RM closed, run that latest installer. That should get RM up to date and get you out of the endless loop. For some reason, the download completes, but it doesn't always initiate the installer software from inside RM. After I did this one time manually, RM has been doing the full automatic updates successfully.
-
I was able to download and install using RM. Profiler seems to have updated properly but RM crashed during the process (when profiler went into update mode)..
-
@skoczy Happens to me as well whenever I shut the profiler off with RM running. RM 2.0, OS 5.1.0 and Windows 10.
-
Is your local library ok?
Looks to be all there.
why did the installer not complete?
No idea. I tried twice to let it run automatically from inside RM, but didn't complete. The download portion worked fine as the file was in my download folder.

Rig Manager (2.0.11) notified me of new beta version and offered to update. I selected to update, the new version downloaded and RM closed. Nothing else happened, so I opened RM and was again notified there was a new update. Selected to update, it downloaded, closed RM and then nothing. I opened RM and verified that RM 2.0.11 was still what was running. Went to downloads folder and found RM installer 2.0.13, ran this software and RM updated to 2.0.13. All previous updates offered by RM performed correctly on 1st try. 2.0.13 installer didn't complete installation process when run within RM. Computer is on Windows 10.

there is no hardware or software problem with his Profiler
Since the DI track was recorded through the front end of the Kemper, is it not possible the front end of the Kemper introduced the 'problem' when recording his DI track? I didn't see in the troubleshooting performed by the Kemper staff to consider this possibility. Without eliminating this possibility I don't see how one could determine there is nothing wrong with his profiler.
My post is not intended to challenge you or your staff, but to clear the air on how the Kemper may or may not influence DI tracks recorded using the Kemper.
