Yes, it happened to me and to a friend on day 1, quite frustrating.

We had to send it back to get replacement. But I never had any more issues after this.. it was only bad luck.

I've just tried the pack, especially the Ecstasy and the CAE, the tones are amazing. Very very great Lukather tones inside.

I've bought many Ecstasy profiles and IMO, your profiles are the better opportunity to exploit the wide tonal characteristcs of this amp.

Cleans, Crunch, drive.. Everything is great on these Ecstasy profiles!

I've played Pete's Xtc for 2 years, Great profiles set but needed some tweak and a huge pain to sort (136 profiles!).

I've recently bought Guido Xtc and for me they are kinda better. Great définition, no need to tweak and nothing to sort (7 profiles, all great).

As a Lukather fan, IMO, they are the must have for anyone looking for last years Luke tone.

Look at Guidorist Bogner Ecstasy profiles,

Maybe a stupid question Andy : I saw that you have like 4 Kempers in your studio, have you ever tried to profile a stomp and plug that kemper into a 2nd Kemper with an amp profile?

Does it work?

Got a Pod Hd Desktop (bean) that i'm using only for specific effects (filters, multi delay, shimmer, spring reverb...) then 2 EHX pedals, Organ Machine C9 and Freeze, then a Digitech Jamman.

Nothing here is really important and it's only a "home pedalboard". It's just to have some cool effects if need to reproduce specific sounds, having fun and practise.
