I have my toaster from 2012 but i did buy the Stage MkII cuz was tired of carrying head and remote, I'm sure i'll be happy with new profiling also. I will say though, i am really happy with the Fuzz impedance switch, it's giving me the fuzz sounds I was missing when rolling off the gtr knobs. That was worth the price of admission for me.

check your volume pedal settings. They can be different in both modes since the volume pedal lock mode can be set independently for both modes.

You could check your values in the input menu in both modes.
I think it’s locked in Browser Mode but not in Performance Mode, but I’m not sure.

I just got my Stage Mk2 and when I switch to Performance mode my sound level goes up so much louder, for the same sounds. In Browser mode, everything is almost half the Volume. Am I missing something here?
My Toaster Mk1 does not have this weird behavior. Is this normal for MK2 ?

It might be the point for you and others. Sound is subjective, so there is that.
Many, I would suggest most, judge OD pedals by how closely they feel and sound like an amplifier turned up, but without all the volume that tends to follow. That has been the gold standard for many users and pedal manufacturers. I'm surprised by your comment. It seems you missed the message?
Many pedals color the sound and change the feel - some like that too.
Every pedal has a sound , even boost pedals , Is it possible you don't know how to dial in the sound ,, just saying

I like it when just praticing thru' the studio monitors. It gives a nice stereo effect , more pleasing to the ear.

Exatly, I'd say profile your amps at several gains , and I use LP more for it's Eq features. Not gain, going up or down a tad is fine but no major gain changes and it works beautifully.

Been messing around and it's pretty awesome. Sure i'd love to have every amp in there to get the exact sound but been putting other amp Eq's and been able to get great tones with other Amp , it's like creating some hybrid amps pretty cool . A Marshall Eq doesn't do much but tried Orange , Friedman eq's on other amps , very cool

I think this will be great . Let's say i take a M Britt profile, and he used a humbucker pickup, or i don't like the way he EQ-ed the amp , i can Re-eq the amp for personnal taste for my Strat let's say, very useful IMO

LOL couldn't care less if you get rid of your Kemper, quick comment If you can't make it work with the Kemper , it's user error, not the unit's fault. You'll probably have the same problems with any unit you get , My opinion ! Enjoy the journey

Cant find this on the Rig Exchange, Had it and always liked it ... had my Cab locked from another profile and saved with the wrong cab.
