Lets hope we see you back here in the near future, after you get a Kemper.
Most of everything, whatever the gear, enjoy playing Pauly!

Hmmm, couldn't find it either...
Anyway, it suits me this way....I can jump rigs forward or backwards faster.
By stepping on up and down arrows you jump rigs by five (like using the RIG soft buttons on the Kemper)....you know that already.
Then, by stepping on 1 through 5 on the remote you browse the rigs sequentially, one at a time, the way you want (in batches of 5 rigs).
And then, after you go through all 5, stepping on the relevant arrow on the Remote you can browse the next 5 ones (or the 5 before) and so on... -
I just hope you now have an idea, even though I am pretty sure there are other more professional recordings to listen to and get the real picture.
I am not a bass player, so I am def not the best reference point, but my mate who is and plays with his musicman, his ricky and an Ampeg SVT VR, his is currently saving money for a Kemper (because of its performance and portability especially).I wish you the best to your quest, Pauly, I am sure whatever your decision may be, will be the best for you.
Cheers,

Here's a link,Pauly:
https://m.soundcloud.com/moralflexAll basses and guitars in all songs are by using the Kemper. They are not any professional recordings but I'm sure you'll get an idea.

Definitely yes.
I am recording guitar and bass (a 1999 Rickenbacker 4003), through the Kemper.
I get brilliant clean and "original" ricky sounds from the various available bass profiles out there (and I have nothing to do with heavy metal, e.t.c). It's all on you and how you'll tweak each rig to your liking.Another excellent feature is the availability of the parallel path.

Unfortunately you have to.
The good side of it is that it's a one off exercise and the bottomline..it worths it.. -

Good one, Zap. Thanks for the reminder!

All good here too, so far

Mine was scheduled for this week and it arrived today. Mint condition.
Started playing with it only 30 min ago, all looks good for now and hope it'll stay like this.Big thanks to the Sales Team, all communications were top notch! Emails were responded very quickly and a phone communication I had (with Oliver, if I recall the name well) was more than a pleasure to talk to!

I would suggest you contact the support team:

I had the opportunity to use the Remote yesterday at NAMM, and while it is amazing and the looper is the best I have used, it just underwhelmed me a bit for the price.
I will be sticking with the FCB for now unless the price comes down by $200 or so.I don't understand the contradiction? If it's amazing and the looper the best you've used, why are you underwhelmed? Do you really think the price is too high for a piece of highend gear made in Germany (not China)? Would you rather have the production outsourced to overseas to get a cheaper product in the end?
Really?
Even though I have pre-ordered the controller the minute I was emailed, I find vablow's comment fair enough.
There are some people who can't afford or don't want to spend this amount for the controller. Again, even if it would sell at 200 there would be some who wouldn't be buying it.
It's good for all those friends that there are other cheaper options, which help to enjoy what the KPA offers sound wise. -
Ordered.
So glad the bulky, flimsy FCB will go to recycling. -
Looking good! Both on desktop and mobile!
Well done! -
Very happy too, with the overall performance of this beta release. Well done once again!!!

Should we have another thread opened for the beta issues we find or post them in this one, G-String?

Good job, K Team. Thanks for your efforts!

Does anyone have any idea where this folder "Those rigs embedded in this firmware, which had never been published before as part of any rig pack, can be found in the folder ‘Incremental Rigs 2.5’ included in this upgrade package." is?
The only folder with new rigs in the zip is the "Vintage Sound Project Rigs 2.5"...
Or maybe was just missed to be put in the zip with the rest?...

708 rigs
2.3.3 = 1:03.78
2.4.1 = 00:51.62 -

Sorry mate but I wouldn't call that a comparison thread, having extended only the U4K points.
Yes, you added the Eureka, fine...but only it's price actually and nothing else, like all the other options. So whoever reads your thread and base some of his decision making on your listings and don't bother to go to the links, there's only one way to go... the U4K?
