    Hello Everyone:

    I did all this below from an email from Kemper Support.

    Still have the same issue.

    Wheat can I do next???

    Please try a complete reset to as-delivered-state. This will also wipe out all data!
    Press and hold soft button 1 (left above display) while powering on. Keep holding until "System Maintenance" appears onscreen.
    In Maintenance Mode select Recovery, then Initi Flash. This will delete all data!
    Then restart normally.
    If this works, either retsore you latest backup or press Factory Reset in SYstem Settings for a couple of seonds. Then follow onscreen instructions.
