My profiler has the 50 LVL I presets and effects on the mobile app but on my mac all the 625 presets and all the LVLII/LVLIII effects. The new banks and presets and extra effects are not showing up on the mobile apps for both my Iphone and my IPad. I have sent a diagnostic file to Burkhard to check out. Not sure why this was not discovered before the official roll out of the upgrades.

Was the same here.
I kept changing “end at bank 20” in RM for MAC and with bank up on fs1+2 it wrapped back to 1-1 after 10-5.
That is until I changed “end at bank” in RM IOS.
It doesn’t show additional 25 block grid view.
But the preset name displays above 10-5. -
I came the other way around.
I got the Player first and then got the head and floor board.
My reason was that while initially I didn't think I'd use any of the fx in it I ended up being pleasently surprised.
But the big reason was the extra amp parameters.
What I much prefer the ayer for is 4/4 Io for USB re-amping over the 2/2 Io of the head .I'm currently on vacation and had to record stuff and since that's literally just stack with no post fx I print unless I need an eq.
It works great for me.
If I didn't have the head nit having access to the extra amp parameters that iirc are stored even when moving it to the player...best of both worlds

Updating RM in the AppStore took care of it for my iPhones/ipad

I set the volume pedal at +2dB or whatever you like and post stack. And turn it on off via external switch/vol pedal.
Don’t know if you can trigger it via midi. I’m assuming so.

I’ve come across this on the Amalgam super Bass Profiles.
I started changing outputs to whatever and back and had it working but keep forgetting something I’ve done because I’m back to step one

Is it or will it be possible to run wet dry wet using the xlr as the dry?
Should be doable by setting main to stack and monitor to delay/verb wet

My whole point while I chimed in was that this whole player thing was/is way more enjoyable than anticipated.

Why do you think some of the Profiles are terrible?
Probably same reason other device’s presets aren’t to my liking.
A matter of taste.
I mean the Wagner Uberpack or the preset 1 in the Player the Golub modded Marshall are amazing. Two banks up I shake my head.
But it’s all good I got more great presets than I could expect.
Plus my 4 UAFX and tonex pedals been laying dormant.
Be nice if customer support ever got back to my about the DOS power supply.

Hi there - new to the Kemper/modelling/capture world (purely amps before). I can tell you the Kemper Player is for the thousands of guitarists out there like me, who want to take the leap into this digital world, but without all the faff of tone capture, millions of features, etc. I just want something I can plug into that works straight up, like an amp does, and which sounds great. One XLR is fine by me - my amp is mono too after all :).
And having had the Player now for a week - I could not be happier.
The last thing I wanted was the Toaster, Rack or Stage - all overly complicated, too big and surplus to requirements.
So I don't think the Player is aimed at you old hands in this world, but boy is it converting many of us from the tube amp world into this one!

Same here. I’m new too. Well I had a toaster for a minute ages ago.
Anyways my point is that I wasn’t too happy about some of the omissions and was fairly certain I’d send it back.
I mean some of the profiles are terrible but the majority work out of the box with most changes being definition. Done
Didn’t think I’d like it that much. I’m a fan because it actually does what I needed it for.
So yes I think they get a new section to their customer base they didn’t have prior.
