I got the same issue here for over 2 month went back and forth with versions but only RM 3.10.13 and OS 13.0.5 work for me.
Hat multiple time contact with CS and they were super nice and willing to help but no solution so far.
They told me it has something to do with Microsoft…
I got other possibilities to play but if it is not going to be solved soon and I got stuck on an old software version this will be my last Kemper product and I will move on…
There are other great devices out there too…
